This brief introduction starts the day-long workshop. A packet will be distributed.

Advanced sign-up was encouraged. Convention members may stop by before 9am on Wednesday morning to see if there is space left.

Go to one of the food booths in the Convention Center Food Concourse, buy your lunch, and bring it back to A18 to watch educational videos.

Lighting the Fire for Reading

How do you get your kid/young relative/neighbor to read? Why not an SF/F book? What about comics and graphic novels? Where do you start? Start with your own kids - read to them! Authors, editors and educators discuss genre books to give to the next generation.
