Mark R. Kelly
Mark R. Kelly is the editor and publisher of Locus Online, which launched in 1997 and won the first Hugo Award for Best Website. He also compiles the Locus Index to Science Fiction Awards, due for expansion this year. He wrote short fiction reviews for Locus Magazine for 12 years, and still writes occasional reviews both in print and online.
